Additional Agile certifications (CSPO, SAFe, etc.)
Experience working with distributed or remote teams.
Knowledge of other Agile frameworks (Kanban, XP).
Familiarity with software development processes and methodologies.
Responsibilities
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar Agile certification.
Proven experience as a Scrum Master in a software development environment.
Strong understanding of Agile principles and practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to lead and influence without direct authority.
Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
Familiarity with agile tools such as Jira or Trello.
